Fruit smoothie

Throw fruit and/or soya milk into a blender. There are loads of recipes out there but try one of these:

Banana & oat smoothie

1 large banana
7fl oz cold soya milk
1 tbsp rolled porridge oats
2 ice cubes

Apples & berries

2 red apples
2 green apples
3 tbsp mixed frozen berries
1 small tub of strawberry soya yoghurt
2 ice cubes
